We do offer cleaning services to homes/offices with pets although we may require an additional charge.

Yes, all our crews are supervised. Currently our crews are directly supervised by an owner in the field.

Yes, we do! We use top-quality HEPA vacuum filters to make sure your home's air stays fresh and clean.

For all our residential services, it is not required to be present during the cleaning service visit. Of course, we don't mind if you would like to be home during the cleaning visit, as long as you don't mind the sound of our vacuums.

Yes, we ask for at least 3 days' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled service, we may charge a fee equal to half of the quoted cleaning rate.

There are no preparations needed prior to our cleaning service visit, but we do ask that there are no obstructions on the floors and counters in order for us to achieve a high quality cleaning service.

We serve Kensington, Bethesda, Rockville, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Garrett Park, and Potomac. If you're in the D.C. Metro area, we're here for you!

We use completely different and clean towels/rags between each property. Each home/office is assigned their own cleaning bundle which we use each visit and clean at the end of each week. Also, all our equipment is cleaned and disinfected to ensure we are not carrying any contaminants back into your home.

We can arrange access to your home or office in several ways. Typically, we carry a spare key, but other options include using a lockbox or a hide-a-key. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

For residential services, payment is due upon completion. Commercial services may have different terms, so please check with us for details.
